No standard refunds once activated or delivered. Because our digital products and services are accessible immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned once activated, we do not offer refunds for ordinary change-of-mind requests. If you wish, you may ask for a trial prior to purchase.

However, we may make exceptions in special circumstances. If you believe you qualify for a refund due to unique issues, please submit a refund request form and we will review your individual case. If a refund is approved, any access you have to the Service(s) will be revoked.

Time limits and partial refunds:

Full refunds are only possible for purchases made within 7 days of transaction.

For purchases older than 7 days, any approved refund will be partial, calculated according to the remaining unused portion of the subscription.

Trials and accounts that have been used for more than half the account’s duration are not eligible for refunds.

Approved refunds typically take 5-7 working days to process. Please note that the timing is subject to the payment processor and is beyond our direct control.
